Joe Holman

Joe Holman is the ESG practice leader at Withum where he is responsible for overseeing the implementation and adoption of ESG policies by companies and financial institutions. He is a seasoned ESG specialist who has advised over $30 billion of AUM on the benefits of responsible investment & corporate social responsibility. His experience includes; crafting responsible investment policies, CSR policies, developing diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) workplace strategies, and recommending pathways to net-zero carbon emissions.

Before joining Withum, he founded an ESG Advisory firm, a PRI signatory, and worked with credit, real estate, private equity, and hedge funds. Prior experiences also include establishing a boutique fund administrator, Columbus Avenue Consulting. Before Columbus, he began his career as an audit partner at Rothstein, Kass & Company PC (merged with KPMG in 2014).

Joe is a New York CPA, a SASB FSA Credential Holder, and has obtained his GRI Standards Certification. He holds a BSBA, Clarion University of Pennsylvania, a Master in Business Administration, Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, and a Certification in Sustainability Analytics, Columbia University in the City of New York.
