CFC2014. Ethics, Integrity, Ethics & Fraud
For those of us who have already pledged to abide by organization, professional and societal Codes of Conduct, what exactly is the point of ‘ethics training’?
In this session, we’ll use recent business fraud cases to take a hard look at the ethics challenges present in 2020. And we’ll cover how to translate ethics policies into real everyday business behaviors. You’ll come away with actionable ideas to strengthen your own or your client’s ethical business environment.
Learning Objectives:
- • Recognize the relationship between ethics, integrity and compliance
- • Examine the emerging and recurring challenges and pressures on ethical behavior by executives, managers and employees.
- • Determine what executives and managers at all levels must do every day to create and sustain a real-world ethics-based business environment.
- • Analyze the decision delineators’ in the ethics moment that push many honest people and organizations to take short-term unethical actions.
