Having the knowledge and skills to effectively manage projects has become highly desirable within practices. Our teams have to manage special projects along with recurring work. Client onboarding involves different timing and procedures. Then add scope changes, budgets and communications, and you realize you need strong project management techniques to keep clients happy, work profitably, and keep our teams productive. In this session, learn proven project management techniques you can implement in your firm so you can be nimble and grow without speed bumps.
