EBP2129. Are 401(k) Plans for a Cannabis Business Legal? They are. Learn why.

This is a must attend session if you have clients in the industry or plan to – it will provide a quick primer on the Controlled Substances Act and access to 401(k) plans under the Tax Code and ERISA. The speaker will discuss controlled group issues/discrimination as well as state penalties for cannabis employers who do not have a retirement program.
