This session is intended for litigation services consultants and experts who are interested in using data analytics and big data to quantify economic damages in expert reports.

This session is split into two components, the second of which will address this topic from the perspective of lawyers, triers of fact, and the courts.

Learning Objectives:

  • Litigation services consultants and experts will determine how to leverage data analytics and big data to create better expert reports
  • Litigation services consultants and experts will identify how to advocate for change in the disputes process (i.e., help the courts move from traditional paper exhibits / evidence to electronic exhibits / evidence)
