Fast-moving and highly interactive session to provide attendees with a nonprofit tax and legal review of the past 12 months, including a review of the issued IRS guidance, an update regarding the nonprofit provisions in the TCJA, discussion regarding recent court cases of note and review of changes to any of the nonprofit tax forms.
