Michael is currently the Program Manager for the Employee Plans Rulings & Agreement Voluntary Compliance Program. Prior to this assignment, he was the Mid-Atlantic Area Manager for the Employee Plans Examination (EPE) function. He also supervised the EPE, Planning and Programs group overseeing the workplan, reporting and monitoring functions, and all specialty programs in support of the Director, EP Examinations. Prior to that assignment, he supervised one of the EPE groups in Philadelphia and has worked as a field agent in both the Employee Plans and the Examination Divisions.

Michael has been with the Internal Revenue Service for 33 years, 27 of which have been in Employee Plans. Michael holds a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from Mansfield University.
