Cherie Williams is a Tax Manager within the Nonprofit, Estates and Trust Group at Windes, Inc, a regional CPA firm based in Southern California. Every year, she manages the return preparation for women shelters, supporting organizations, schools, private foundations and more than 100 other tax-exempt organizations. She has assisted clients with unrelated business income tax planning, entity classification changes and other tax-related issues for nonprofits.

Chérie graduated from the University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She also earned her Master's in Public Administration and Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Southern California. In 2020, she was 1 of only 29 CPAs accepted into the AICPA Leadership Academy.

Outside of work, she serves on the Board of Directors for Zeneith Performing Arts and Long Beach Economic Partnership . She is a proud mother, happily married, and is trained in modern, ballet, tap and other styles of dance.
