Bob Scott, CPA began his career in public accounting serving a variety of stand local government audit clients.  He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer/ Assistant City Manager for the City of Carrollton, Texas, a Dallas suburb of approximately 135,000.  He served as a GASB practice fellow while in public accounting and after joining the city has continued his professional involvement as Chair of GFOA's CAAFR committee and as a member of the AICPA's SLG Expert Panel.
