Jessica Landay is a business appraiser and forensic accountant with Harper Hofer & Associates, LLC, a CPA firm in Denver, CO. She has more than 15 years of business valuation experience, and has been involved in a variety of valuation engagements for purposes including marital dissolution, estate and gift tax reporting, shareholder dispute, shareholder buy-in/buy-out, transactions, and intellectual property valuations. Her work currently focuses on business valuation and other financial analyses for marital dissolution purposes.

Jessica is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in Business Valuation, a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), a Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF), and Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV). She is actively involved in the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, currently serving on NACVA's Valuation Credentialing Board, and serving as the Secretary for the Colorado/Wyoming State Chapter of NACVA. Jessica was awarded NACVA's 40 Under Forty Award in 2017.
