Dayton is based in Boston and is currently the US leader of EY's Corporate Finance - Valuation, Modeling and Economics practice. This group is comprised of 750 professionals that execute on thousands of client assignments a year for transactions, optimization and growth. He is a trusted business advisor who has provided advice to hundreds of companies over the last 25 years. Outside of EY, he serves on the Board of Trustees for the Appraisal Foundation.
