Ephraim is a partner in the Toronto office of MDD. He specializes in the areas of business valuation, economic loss quantification and investigative accounting. He has provided expert evidence in court and at arbitration. He has worked on matters across Canada, as well as the United States, South America, the Middle East and Asia.

Ephraim was named the CBV Institute (Canada)'s 2019 Communicator of the Year.
