Kimberly is a Managing Director in PwC's Private Company Services (PCS) practice with over 22 years of experience in public accounting. She completed a tour in PwC's National Professional Services group where she served as a subject matter expert on the Firm's auditing methodology and was responsible for managing, coordinating and participating in the development and delivery of PwC's audit methodology to the Assurance practice.

Kimberly serves as the Firm's East Regional PCS Chief Auditor responsible for developing, managing, and performing quality initiatives for the region, including coordinating and performing engagement team reviews, determining quality themes within the markets, developing appropriate action plans, and providing observations and feedback on audit quality to partners, PCS Leadership and the Firm's national office.

Kimberly has served as an Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) specialist for over 15 years. As an EBP specialist, she provides subject matter expertise to engagement teams on technical matters related to the audit of the benefit plans. She also serves as an instructor for learning and development courses at national and local firm levels.

Kimberly is a CPA in the states of Tennessee, New Jersey, and Georgia. She is also a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants and AICPA. She received her Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Tennessee.
