Kay Rodrigo, MBA, CGMA, FCMA is currently the CFO/Controller at Bates Trucking Company in Bladensburg, Maryland. She was awarded most valuable team player at WB LLC in 2015 in her capacity as the Controller for 5 subsidiary companies. Prior to that she was the President of Colombo MBA Alumni Association, Sri Lanka and a Divisional Council member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants UK in Sri Lanka.

Kay always strive to practice continuous improvement (Japanese 5-s) at work to improve productivity and efficiency. Kay loves to travel and experience different cultures. She believes that slowing climate impact on the world begins with individual responsibility.
