Rob Sistek is a co-founder and principal of RMS Capital, LLC, provides consulting and advisory services to clients across the commercial real estate industry through Silver47 Capital Partners, and currently serves as an advisor and investment committee member to NewLake Capital Partners. Most recently, Mr. Sistek was the Chief Operating Officer of Westcore Properties, a private real estate investment firm that invests in value-add and opportunistic office and industrial properties. Prior to Westcore, Mr. Sistek held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Investments of Innovative Industrial Properties (NYSE: IIPR), a real estate investment trust (REIT) that invests in specialized industrial properties designed to meet the unique infrastructure needs of medical cannabis cultivation facilities. Mr. Sistek previously held the positions of senior vice president, investments and vice president, finance with BioMed Realty Trust, Inc. (formerly, NYSE: BMR), a REIT specializing in acquiring, leasing, developing and managing laboratory and office space for the life science industry. From 2007 – 2011, Mr. Sistek was Senior Vice President of Capital Markets for CoreSite Realty Corporation, a publicly-traded REIT specializing in institutional quality data centers and a senior associate with The Carlyle Group, a global private equity firm and predecessor company of CoreSite (NYSE: COR). Mr. Sistek began his career as an Audit Associate at BDO Seidman and then held various senior level positions focused on real estate finance and capital markets at ProLogis, Inc. (NYSE: PLD) and DCT Industrial Trust (formerly, NYSE: DCT).

Mr. Sistek received his Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and his Bachelor of Science in Accounting, summa cum laude, from the University of Northern Colorado. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Real Estate Committee.
