Hamid is a Senior Manager in BDO's Valuation practice and has 12 years of experience in public practice. He is a member of BDO's national cannabis industry team and co-leads the western Canada's cannabis industry team. Hamid has assisted numerous private and publicly traded cannabis companies on:

-Valuation of cannabis companies or assets located in Canada, US, and EU

-Purchase price allocation in accordance with IFRS and US GAAP

-Impairment of intangible assets in accordance with IFRS and US GAAP

-Valuation of biological assets in accordance with IFRS

Hamid is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Chartered Business Valuator.
