As a National Leader of Culture, Diversity and Inclusion (CDI), Tracey designs inclusion and equity strategy for the 12,000 employees across 90 RSM offices in the US and Canada. She leads enterprise inclusion via the RSM C-suite Inclusion Council and Employee Network Councils, as well as execution of 12 Employee Network Groups (ENGs). She defines inclusion policy focused on organizational behavior, learning and professional development, advancing minority, gender and supplier diversity. A Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) subject-matter expert, she lectures for business schools such as Kelley and Isenberg, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) and RSM International conferences globally. Her DEI certification is from Cornell University and she completed her graduate work with honors at Harvard Business School in Organizational Behavior. Named the 100 Most Influential Women in Diversity and Inclusion (2020), she serves a dual role as Federal Government Affairs Leader, RSM registered lobbyist and Congressional/lawmaking representative. She is prior Federal Financial Services Sector Leader of government strategy and federal client service teams.
