The current virtual work environment that we're in is a whole new world for some organizations and firms. When the Coronavirus pandemic first hit, workplaces all over the world had to transition their day to day business dealings online - and many didn't have high expectations for success...

- the benefits of virtual working for firms

- myths vs realities

- the productivity changes

- the effects they've seen on work/life balance.
